Andrew Wartell has over 35 years in the Intelligence and Security Community. He has managed both defensive and positive operations activities with a concentration on protecting assets in the overseas environment. He was the Intelligence Community expert on risk assessment and risk management in facility physical and technical security and currently represents the industry in many government forums. Mr. Wartell retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 2002. His final assignment was as Associate Director of the DCI/Center for Security Evaluation where he managed the DCI’s physical, technical and counterintelligence security oversight of diplomatic construction, worldwide. He was the Intelligence Community expert on the risk of surreptitious entry and had oversight of the US Government technical and HUMINT threat assessment process.

Dr. Morten Middelfart is a co-founder of Lumina Analytics and serves as the company's Chief Data Scientist. Dr. Middelfart holds twin Ph.D.s in Big Data Mining (Unsupervised Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence) and Managerial Science, and he has over three decades of experience in developing and managing business intelligence and analytics solutions. He holds seven U.S. patents and 25 total patents worldwide, placing him among the top 1.8% of all active inventors. Dr. Middelfart founded Morton Systems in 1996 and served as CTO of TARGIT after the acquisition of his business in 1997. He holds an MBA from Henley Management College and received his Ph.D.s from Aalborg University and Rushmore University.

Loretta Solon Greene
[ CEO Greene Strategy, LLC ]
Loretta Solon Greene is founder of the Washington, DC-based global consulting company Greene Strategy, specializing in international trade issues, national housing policy and governmental affairs. Greene is the former Associate Administrator for the Office of International Trade (OIT) at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Greene has also provided strategic direction as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Prior to this role, she served as the Director of International Trade Association Affairs at Commerce. She has also served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental Relations at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Mr. Abila is a 24 year veteran in the security, investigative and training industries. For the past twelve years, Vern has been the President and CEO of Abila Security & Investigations. Inc. (ASI) and has led ASI from a micro business operating from his home to a successful multi-million dollar worldwide organization, earning the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Small Business Person of the year for 2012 for the state of Colorado. ASI’s client list includes a virtual “Who’s Who” of A-list celebrities, Fortune 100 corporations, various agencies and departments of the U.S. government and foreign governments.

Keith Roch

Keith Roch has 34 years of Law Enforcement and Protective Operations experience. Mr. Roch is a retired and highly decorated Lieutenant from the MPD. Mr. Roch is a consultant in the Washington, DC National Capitol Region for armed and unarmed protective activities. Mr. Roch coordinates residential security, corporate leadership security, dignitary protection, and celebrity security.

The Elite Intelligence team is led by David Graham, and is comprised of a select group of highly trained and certified surveillance and intelligence professionals throughout Florida and the US. Mr. Graham is a decorated law enforcement professional with 30 years of law enforcement experience. The Elite Intelligence team of private investigators help companies throughout Florida with investigations and keeping critical information safe and secure.

While working within corporations, Carolyn saw the need of not only Customer related training but also a need and a desire for leadership development and personal growth for employees. Carolyn started her own business (AURYN, LLP) to address these demands with a focus on companies that operate within the Personnel Security realm. Throughout her career, Carolyn has been asked to support the Government in other areas. From 2009 to 2011, Carolyn supported the ODNI in their efforts to create a university level program where students could graduate with degrees in Personnel Security, Physical Security, Cyber Security, etc. Carolyn was brought into the working group as the SME in Personnel Security and worked closely with the ODNI and the other members of the working group to include but not limited to CIA, NSA, DHS, Department of the Navy, DSS, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and nationwide colleges and universities. Carolyn has also been an active member of the CSSWG and is currently a member of INSA. She is a certified executive and health and wellness coach.

Dr. Jordan is a highly skilled and accomplished education administrator and faculty member with over 30 years’ experience as a contributor, influencer, and strategic leader. Dr. Jordan Utilizes outstanding academic and administrative management skills to efficiently spearhead academic administrative operations and facility management, academic programs, strategic management, and curriculum development. Skillfully implements international education programs and directs professional development training.

Don Codling
[ CEO of Codling Group International, LLC & Retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent ]
Don worked with the FBI for 23 years and retired as Unit Chief and Chief liaison officer to DHS with the FBI Cyber Division prior to forming Codling Group International and working as CISO and CPO at several financial services companies. While at the FBI, Don supervised a variety of investigative programs with a focus on international cyber crime and cyber national security operations (both offensive and defensive), leveraged deep and dark web cyber threat vector knowledge and developed expertise on cyber security challenges that have significant impacts on global financial services, energy and health care industries. Don is regularly featured as a thought leader in 'Best Practices' areas of cyber hygiene, data privacy protection and DR/BC planning for a wide range of commercial interests globally.

Prior to establishing Michelle McGrath & Associates in 2005, Michelle worked as a Senior Investigator at Vance International – a worldwide investigative / risk management firm beginning in 1998. Ms. Tricarico developed a prominent reputation for her expertise in investigations of internal theft, fraud, drug distribution, and sexual harassment. Ms. Tricarico also conducted several lengthy undercover investigations in a variety of corporate wholesale, retail, and warehouse settings.

Timothy F. Hooper

RED6 Tactical was founded by Tim Hooper. Mr. Hooper has a strong Dignitary Protection, US military, and Police background. Mr. Hooper has an impressive training background to include being an Executive Security International (ESI) graduate, Executive Protection Institute (EPI) graduate, Defense Training International, and others as well as being an NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor. Mr. Hooper has 14 years combined military experience in the USMC and the US ARMY with specialized military training in Infantry, WMD and Military Intelligence. He has been deployed several times domestically and overseas to include Humanitarian Missions, Operation Enduring Freedom and in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Rose Melendez

Prior to joining UKTI, John was International Sales Director for an American multinational, managing sales teams and national offices with responsibility for EMEA, Asia Pacific, and India. Before that, over a 20 year period, he was in Business Development & Sales at senior management and board level in the German, Italian & US private defense sector, responsible for business to business and business to government sales to NATO member countries, Middle Eastern and Indian markets. He also led German defense Industry consortia on multinational programs such as the MLRS, M109A6, Bradley AIFV and UHI-D. John is currently engaged in organizing the UKTI/Hypercat Smart Cities Mission to India.
